Entry Alert labels show when entry into a controlled area has occurred. Simply
place a label over the crack of a cabinet, doorway, drawer, container, or other controlled
area. If someone enters the area, the label will tear at the perforation and
a red flag will appear to show entry. Check inventory, then grip the red tab and
easily remove each side and replace – simple!

inventoried, and restocked: the ones that display a red flag! When the care giver
returns, it is easy to see activities of the patient.
