On the evening of September 11, 2019, Roll Products opened its doors to St. Marys, KS for an open house. It was scheduled as an opportunity to say thank you to the community for its support over the last 30 years, and to give people a chance to see how the construction project, finished earlier this year, looked on the inside.
Hosting the event were RPI President Andrew Latham, VP-Operations Joseph Thomas, and VP-Finance Patrick Werick. Many of the employees were on hand to answer questions and demonstrate how papers and films are turned into the many products Roll Products offers its customers globally.
Visitors were welcomed with food and drink, and had the opportunity to go on a tour of the facility, which was recently doubled in size after renovation. Three employees, Victoria, Alexandria, and Monica, gave tours of Roll Products, showing visitors how the RPI team manages an order from customer service, to production, to finishing and shipping.
A slideshow was playing in the conference room, which recounted the history of the company from its founding in a garage in Wisconsin in 1976 through the present day.
The Roll Products staff was thrilled to be able to share its story and new facilities with members of the community – and looks forward to many more decades of partnership with St. Marys in the future!
