Amazon is an important component of Roll Products’ operations with specific production procedures and dedicated office personnel, monitoring hundreds of listings.
In general, the catalog of products available on chromalabel.com is the same as what is available on Amazon. We leverage Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) in order to produce batches of labels and tapes. The Key Platform Specialist (KPS) compiles FBA Production Lists based on Amazon Sales Reports and internally developed tools. As each Production List is completed, products ship to an Amazon Fulfillment Center. Some itms are Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM), meaning that we ship them direct to the customer. The procedure for FBM orders mirrors those in place for chromalabel.com orders, utilizing OrderCup to process the shipping information.
